How Forth works
One step for today. Small enough to do, and a miss never takes away what you've already done.
Short on time
Every step has a few-minute version that counts as the full day.
Your run
Your run counts finished required days in a row. One missed day pauses it and the run carries on when you come back; two missed days in a row start it again. Either way your progress stays: days done and your reward never go backwards.
You can make up a miss the next day with a short catch-up, once a week. Rest days never break it, and neither does a day we couldn't prepare a step for.
Rewards
Your reward unlocks after a number of days done, so a missed day only delays it. You buy your own reward. Forth does not take payment.
Getting help
Write to support@goforth.app for a sign-in problem, a missing day, or a request to delete an account you can no longer open.
If you can still sign in, the You tab has Delete account. That removes your goals, habits, notes and photos.
