Privacy

Forth stores the account and the work you choose to put in it. We do not sell that information.

What we keep

An account holds your name, email, a password hash, and timezone.

A goal or habit holds what you set up, the plan, and the notes and photos you add to a day. Reminder preferences and product events, such as a completed day, are stored so the run and the reward stay accurate.

Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you across other sites.

Your files

Evidence files stay on the server you deploy, or in a private Supabase bucket when that is configured. They are shown only to the signed-in owner.

What the model sees

The model receives the goal, recent step titles, and the evidence for that day so it can plan or review. It does not receive your password. It does not decide the run, the reward, or whether the account belongs to you.

Deleting

You can delete the account from You. That removes the account, every goal and habit, your notes and photos, and your sessions. Deleting a single goal or habit removes its days, notes and photos the same way.

A copy of a file already sent to the model provider is subject to that provider's retention.
